Located in a peaceful area with quick access to the tram that takes you to the city center or central station. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but lacked a view. The bathroom was clean and had sufficient amenities. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

I didn't like the reception greeting and how unhelpful the staff was. Also because I booked a twin share and specified a double bed but was given two beds and asked to pay extra for what I had already requested and paid for online.

I don't like city side too much. They have a kitchen in the room. Nice and quiet place, then only 20~30 mins. from central by drive. They also have pool and turkish bath. I like them so much.

If I don't have a navigator system, I think I never got there.

Nice mid-century furniture, clean, easy check-in, good breakfast, secure parking.

Quiet situation. Enough hot water.Cheep.

Can't control air condition. No detergent for dishes. No microwave!!No fan in the kitchen, and have to open the window for cooking, but there are a lot of mosquitos. I asked to staff to reserve a taxi, but he forgot that,taxi didn't come at the time of check out, so I asked to reserve once again to other staff. He teached me a coin operated laundry near the hotel, but that laundry has closed.(may be out of business) So I asked once again, he asked to other staff and teached me other laundries, but they were not coin operated.I waste my important time of Milan to look for laundry hanged heavy bag.

Had a great month-long stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, making it feel like a home away from home. The room was decent, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean sheets and lots of closet space. The location is convenient with nearby bus and tram stops making it easy to get around the city. A supermarket within walking distance and a variety of nearby restaurants make meals a breeze. Plus, the free wifi was a definite bonus.

The location may not suit travelers without a car, as it can be quite far from the city center. The hotel and room may be a bit dated with regards to furniture and TV.

Dirty, old place. Never seen such a dirty unattractive place in 45 years. We've booked two nights, but only stayed 1. Very far from the city center.

We had a great stay at this hotel and appreciated its cleanliness and good facilities such as the washing machine and drying rack for overseas travelers. The hotel had great transportation options, being close to the tram that took us right into the center of the city. Additionally, we loved the helpful and welcoming staff who made our stay easy and enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this place and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. the location is excellent as it is close to the tram that takes you right into the center of Milan. This made it very convenient for me to explore the city and visit all the popular attractions. Secondly, the hotel offers a range of quality services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, which made my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great feature as it allowed me to stay connected with my friends and family back home.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Far from metro stations, rooms are clean but look old

We had a lovely romantic escape. The availability of a swimming pool was a great bonus. The breakfasts were also great with plenty of variety and quantity. The location was convenient for exploring the local area as well.

We were disappointed with the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was worn. The bathroom was not clean, and the carpet was old and stained. It was not what we expected for the price we paid. We were also disappointed with the lack of air conditioning. we wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.
